I have 15 years experience in the field of technical support, network, virus removal, providing antivirus support, wireless setup, wireless installation, computer repair, laptop repair and many other computer, laptop, and printer support areas.

The Computer Guy is a locally-owned and operated computer repair business, with a focus on delivering the best customer service possible.

Here are a few words from the owner:

I spent several years working at all levels in the computer retail & service industry.  After seeing first-hand how many companies are migrating to off-shore customer support, and how customer service was failing as a result, I decided to do something about it. Thus, Sioux Falls Computer Guy was born.

The mission statement of this company is simple: Provide the best quality customer service available, without sacrificing affordability.

As I continue to grow this company into other related areas, I promise to not lose sight of this original vision. Most companies don’t realize this, but each and every customer truly is the most important.
